Payment Policy
Parents agree that all fees (full time and part time attendance) will be paid one month in advance on the 1st of each month. Unpaid fees may result in immediate suspension or termination of care unless reasonable arrangements are made and accepted by both parties. Extra hours (subject to availability) are billed at the session rate or hourly rate.
Tax Credits For Working Parents
If you are a working parent you may be able to claim a child care allowance
which can cover up to 70% of your childcare fees alongside your working tax credit.

Voucher Schemes
With a voucher scheme you can save on your tax and NI by applying up to £243 a month of your wages to childcare
which will be deducted from your gross wages, saving you money on your deductions. If your receive paper vouchers,
they can be handed in at the nursery to be redeemed each month against your fees. Some providers now offer an
automatic redemption process. Any remaining balance of your fees can be paid to the nursery by the 10th of each
month by cash, cheque or direct debit.
